Danny was amazing, helping me find my way when I got lost. My room was very clean, and the shower was super powerful, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm definitely looking forward to my next stay!

I arrived with some excitement to explore the nearby attractions like Robert Burns House and Dock Park. The best part of my stay was the central location, making it easy to get to various sights. I really appreciated the lovely strolls along the River Nith, which added a nice touch to my trip. Unfortunately, my room had dark dreary walls that made the space feel quite cramped and uninviting, and I was worried about the overall safety and upkeep of the hotel.

My stay was highlighted by the fantastic proximity to Dock Park and the beautiful strolls along the River Nith, making the explorations around the area truly enjoyable. however, the entry process was quite unusual and could use some improvement.

The entry method feels inconvenient!!! Dimly lit corridors could use brighter lighting!!! Having no staff on duty at times raises safety concerns!!!

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need like free wi-fi in public areas, 24-hour security, and a tv. The staff helped me with directions for dining. I’ll be back for a city trip.

good value but some quirks
The welcome was warm, and I appreciated being shown a quicker route through the corridors. The ensuite had an excellent shower that was a lovely surprise during my stay. I also found the basic tea/coffee facilities to be sufficient for my needs, providing a nice touch to my experience.
The entry process felt unusual and added a layer of inconvenience.

A great spot for a group trip! We had fun exploring the local pubs and nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. It’s close to everything you need, and the rooms were comfortable enough for our needs.
One downside was the service quality in the restaurant. We waited too long for our meals without explanation, which was frustrating.

My single room was pretty cozy and super clean, which was a relief. The shower had great pressure—definitely a highlight. But the room felt a bit outdated and the decor could use some sprucing up. the way to get to my room through those winding corridors wasn’t ideal. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall.
